How it’s made
Our family has made furniture in our own factory since 1991. Nothing leaves our hands until it leaves for your home.
The frame is the heart of the sofa. We build it from kiln-dried mahogany for strength and engineered hardwood for stability, each where it does its job best.
Every part is CNC-cut so each joint locks into the next, then joined by hand the traditional way. It’s why we guarantee it for ten years.
We use a unique blend of foam densities for the seat, back and arms of every sofa, each developed for the job it does.
Soft where you feel it, supported where you need it. It’s all made possible by a frame that’s engineered right.
It’s the best of both worlds. Our CNC machines prepare every part with precision, but everything you see and touch is done by hand: the upholstery, the stitching, the finish on the wood.
That’s where a piece gets its soul, and it’s something a machine can’t give it.
Every piece is checked before it leaves, to the standards our export customers have held us to for more than 30 years.
Then it’s wrapped and sent from our floor to your home, so you always know who made it.

Size was never the point. Having it all under one roof is.

Our factory would be nothing without its people.
Machines make the cuts that need precision. The steps that need experience, the upholstery and the finishing, are always done by hand.
That’s where every piece gets its soul.
Many of the team have been with us for more than 20 years. It tends to show in the stitching.

You can’t make good furniture without good wood, and how it’s prepared matters as much as what it is.
We run our own sawmill and kilns.
Wood is organic: it swells and shrinks with the weather unless it’s dried properly.
We dry ours to around 8% moisture or lower, well below the usual standard, so it doesn’t warp when the rainy season arrives.

This is where the magic happens.
Our best craftsmen and carpenters work here, and many of them can build a full sample in a day.
That adds up to 500 to 1,000 new samples a year, feeding our projects, our shows and every new design.
