Are all products ready stock or made-to-order?

Most Bramble Living pieces are made-to-order to ensure fresh production and full customization. Selected items may be available as ready stock depending on availability.

What is the production lead time for custom orders?

Our standard lead time is 6–8 weeks, depending on the production queue and design complexity. Choosing out-of-stock fabrics falls outside of our control and may extend the schedule.

Can I place a deposit first?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit of the total transaction value to confirm your order. Payments can be made via bank transfer or via EDC at our showroom (EDC fees apply).

Can I order an item I saw on Bramble Living’s Instagram?

Yes, most items featured on our Instagram can be reproduced upon request. Our team will help confirm specs and customization. We are available to assist with updates, guidance, recommendations and any additional questions.

Can I request partial delivery for my order?

Yes, partial delivery can be arranged. Please coordinate with our team in advance.

Can Bramble Living deliver outside Bali or internationally?

Yes, we deliver across Indonesia and internationally through trusted partners. Fees and timelines depend on location. Deliveries within a 30 km radius from the Bramble Living showroom are complimentary.

Are there any limitations to your delivery or installation coverage?

Some remote or restricted access areas may require special arrangements. Our team will assess the location details to ensure safe and proper handling, especially for destinations within Bali that are reachable by our logistics team.

Do you provide installation service?

Yes. We provide installation service, especially for large items.

Are prices inclusive of tax and shipping?

Prices exclude tax. Shipping is calculated based on destination and size. We offer free delivery within 30 km of our showroom.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Our team will do our best to coordinate based on your preferred timeline and our delivery schedule.

Yes, all Bramble Living items are proudly made in our own factory in Solo, Central Java, Indonesia.
