returns and warranty

Returns

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

No. Made-to-order pieces are built specifically for you, in your fabric, finish, and configuration, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

It’s also why we confirm every detail in writing before production begins. Once the fabric, dimensions, and configuration are settled, there’s very little left to be surprised by.

If something is wrong with the piece itself, that’s a different matter entirely. See the warranty below.

What about display and floor-sale pieces?

Display and floor-sale pieces are sold as displayed, paid in full, and final sale. They can’t be returned, exchanged, or customized.

Each one is a single piece at a special price, which is rather the point.

What if something’s wrong when it arrives?

Have a look at your furniture on delivery day. If anything has been damaged in transit, note it with the delivery team and send us photos within 72 hours.

If we or our partners got something wrong, we’ll put it right at our cost: a repair, a replacement part, or a replacement piece, depending on what’s needed.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Every Bramble Living piece carries a 10-year structural warranty on the frame.

That covers the structural integrity of the solid wood frame and its joinery under normal residential use: the parts that hold the piece together and keep it standing.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable. For commercial and project use, warranty terms are agreed as part of the project quote.

What isn’t covered?

Cosmetic marks and normal wear, fabric and foam softening over time, and damage caused by misuse, humidity or sun exposure, outdoor use, or external force.

Fabric relaxes and cushions settle with use. That’s the furniture settling in, not a defect.

The lifetime repair promise

Beyond the warranty, there’s a promise we rather like: our workshop will repair any piece we’ve made, for as long as it exists.

Within the warranty period, structural repairs are on us. Outside it, or for anything the warranty doesn’t cover, we’ll quote the repair at a fair price and tell you honestly whether it’s worth doing.

Transport to and from our workshop for repairs is arranged and paid for by the customer. We’ll help you organize it.

How do I make a claim?

Send us a message with your order details, a few photos, and a short description of what’s happened.

Our team will assess it, usually within a few business days, and come back to you with the next step. We’ll take it from there.
