Our own team handles delivery across Bali, with free delivery within 30 km of our showroom.

We don’t simply leave boxes at the gate. We bring your furniture in, place it where it belongs, set it up properly, and take the packaging with us when we leave.

We deliver throughout Indonesia through trusted logistics partners, with assembly arranged on site.

Cost and timing depend on the destination and the size of the order, so we confirm both as part of your quote, before you commit to anything.

We ship internationally, and we hold our own export license.

International shipping is container-based, which means cost depends considerably on the size and make-up of the order. Every international order is quoted individually.

It tends to make the most sense for projects and larger orders. If you’re considering a single piece, ask us. We’ll be quite candid about whether the freight is worth it.

Made-to-order pieces include free delivery within 30 km of our showroom.

For display and ready-stock pieces, delivery is quoted separately, typically IDR 250,000 to 500,000 per truck depending on distance and order size.

Outside Bali, delivery is quoted with your order. Wherever it’s going, the cost is confirmed as part of your quote. You’ll never be surprised by a charge after ordering.

Once production is complete, your piece travels from our factory in Solo to our Bali storage. From there, delivery is usually scheduled within 1 to 3 business days, at a time that suits you.

Your lead time is confirmed in writing when your order is finalized, and we’ll keep you posted along the way.

The delivery address, and a picture of the route your furniture will take: stairs, lift access, door widths, and road access to the placement area, along with any site restrictions.

A generous sofa and a narrow stairwell are best introduced before delivery day. Send us the details and we’ll plan around them.
