Shipping policy

The short version: ready-to-ship pieces leave within 3 to 5 working days of your payment clearing, and made-to-order pieces once they're finished. Delivery is free in Bali within 30 km of our Umalas showroom, and Rp 1,000,000 per order to the Jakarta area for pieces from our factory. Everywhere else, we confirm the cost with you first.

when it leaves

Ready to ship. Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your payment clearing.

Made to order. Pieces from our collection typically take 6 to 8 weeks to make in our factory in Solo. Changing the dimensions makes a piece bespoke, which usually takes 8 to 10 weeks. The piece is dispatched once it's finished and the balance is paid.

Travel time depends on where you are. We'll message you to agree a delivery date.

where we deliver, and what it costs

  • Bali, within 30 km of our Umalas showroom: free. Our own team delivers, brings the piece inside, places it and takes the packaging away.
  • Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi: Rp 1,000,000 per order, however many pieces, for pieces shipped from our factory. A delivery partner brings it to your door. Carrying it in and placing it can be arranged for an added fee.
  • Bali beyond 30 km, and the rest of West Java and Banten: we'll confirm the delivery cost with you before we dispatch, whatever checkout shows.
  • Anywhere else in Indonesia, or overseas: quoted individually. Message us with the address. International shipping is container-based, and we hold our own export license.

display pieces

Display pieces leave from our Bali showroom, so the Rp 1,000,000 rate doesn't apply to them, and delivery outside Bali is quoted.

before it arrives

Pieces from our factory travel in cartons. Before you order, measure doorways, stairs and lifts against the dimensions on the listing.

Tell us about tight access, road access or building rules so we can plan around them. Someone needs to be there to receive the piece.

when it arrives

Check your piece on delivery and note any visible damage on the handover before you sign. If anything isn't right, message us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a video, and we'll put it right.
